Agent: Hello. How can I help you, sir? 先生您好，有什么需要帮忙的吗？
Tom: I’ve been running a small business for a couple of years now. Our sales have been improving, so I’m searching for a new office space. 我做小本生意好多年了，目前业绩已经有所成长，所以我正在寻找一间新的新公室。

Many people dream of running their own business. To make your dream come true, you must take many things into account, including finding the right office. Here are a few things to think about when choosing an office space.
